3. Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

Take responsibility for your own business compliance (licenses, disclosures, regulations).

4. Payments & Billing

All fees are due as outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

Payments must be made on time to avoid service interruption.

Due to the nature of digital services, fees are non-refundable once work has commenced or services have been delivered.

All payments made to OSMA are strictly for services rendered. We do not process payments on behalf of clients or their customers.

Advertising spend is paid directly by clients to third-party platforms such as Google and Meta. OSMA does not collect, process, hold, or manage advertising budgets on behalf of clients and does not act as a financial intermediary.

5. No Guarantee of Results

While OSMA uses proven strategies, we do not guarantee specific results, including leads, conversions, or revenue.

Digital marketing performance depends on multiple factors outside of our control (market conditions, competition, budget, etc.).

OSMA provide digital marketing services designed to help businesses generate their own inbound leads.
We do not generate, sell, rent, or distribute third-party leads.

OSMA is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, Meta, or any third-party platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, and materials created by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables for your business.

We may use third-party tools and platforms (such as CRM and analytics systems) to deliver services and manage client data securely.

7. Limitation of Liability

OSMA shall not be held liable for:

Loss of profits, revenue, or data.

Downtime, errors, or third-party platform issues (Google, Meta, etc.).

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our liability is limited to the fees paid to us for the service in question.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if:

Payments are not made on time.

You misuse our services in any way.
